Our first paper detailing the design of new adjustable compliance footwear is live on bioRxiv! This project has been a couple years in the making, and we finally have a prototype version ready to show and perform locomotion studies with. This is actually the third iteration of the pneumatic sole design; it's more challenging than you might expect to get consistent performance out of a soft pressure vessel designed to be walked on for long periods of time.
